Shipping policy

We offer 3 options to get your product(s):
1. Free local pickup at our South Edmonton Studio: Select a pickup date in your cart. Our preferred pickup window options are:
- Weekdays 5 PM to 9 PM
- Weekends 10 AM to 9 PM

Contact us if you require a different pickup day or time, and we can find a way to accommodate you.

2. Edmonton & Area Local delivery; Available Wednesdays, Sundays. 
Enter the address on the check out information page, select "Ship" and the "Local delivery" option will be shown if the address is in the area we deliver to.  Pricing will be shown based on distance from our South Edmonton studio for 1 delivery attempt.  Free local delivery for orders $99+ before tax. Order cutoff for local delivery is 10 PM MT the day before the delivery day.  Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the date you chose.  If no one is available to receive the delivery you can ask that we leave it outside, but this is at your risk of potential theft or damage from weather.

3. Canada-wide Shipping
Shipping currently provided by Purolator or Canada Post. Enter your address on the checkout page for rates. Orders $120+ before tax are a flat rate of $10. If you are ordering early and have a preferred shipping arrival target date, please add that to the notes on the order.

Gift Cards are only available as electronic gift cards, so shipping is not applicable.
